Cheap and Cheerful Dressing

I was feeling sort of cute this morning with my new/new-to-me outfit when I realized that the entire outfit (minus the shoes) cost less than $5.00. Who says you have to spend a lot of money to have fun and flattering clothes?

The outfit breakdown:
Skirt $3.50 thrift store
Shirt $0.00 JC Penney using a spend $10.00 get $10.00 off coupon (remember my $3.00 purse?)
Necklace $1.00 little cheap fun jewelry store

I love bargain shopping, but I am also becoming more and more of a minimalist. So, I am careful about buying only the things I love, and not just something because it is a great deal. I thought this outfit turned out pretty cute, and no one has to know I only spent $5.00 on it, right?

  4. Hello! I discovered your blog from Savvy Southern Style. I am a participant too. I must say I love your outfit! It looks so comfortable and refreshing. In my country, your outfit is perfect too because it's summer here and the temperature is really high.

I hope we could develop a connection by following each others blogs. Have a great week! ;)
